I almost transcribed this song as being in G until I hit the last two barres with the open E note. It's not really practical to hit the higher notes whist holding down the 1st fret of the lowest string for those two barres, so I've used F#. I know it's 6 sharps in the key signature to deal with, but it's not a difficult bassline to play and I'm sure you'll get to grips with it after a couple of run-throughs.
